Hi there! I’m Robyn, wife to Nathen and mama to three amazing little humans 3-and-under. I’m also a proudly Canadian blogger (born and raised on the wide open prairies), a former registered nurse, a homeschooling grad, and a lover of warm beverages and good books.

I am passionate about helping to equip moms so they can make their homes places of delicious food and thriving families. This blog is my forum to share my favourite things with you, from mom-life tips and tricks all the way through to recipes, foods, products, and so much more!

I haven’t got this wife and mom thing all figured out yet, I’m still a work-in-progress. One thing I have learned though, is that we moms are better and stronger together in community, and that sharing ideas and experience makes the adventure we’re on seem a little less wild. It is my hope that within these posts, you too can find encouragement, inspiration, ideas, and a community that really resonates with you.

Hi there! I’m Robyn.

I’m a Canadian registered nurse turned stay-at-home wife and mom to three wonderful little ones 3-and-under.

I am passionate about my primary job of loving my husband and kids well, and striving to do all that I do to the glory of God. When I’m not blogging, you’ll find me running off for an outdoor adventure with my family, puttering in my garden, drinking a warm beverage (I don’t discriminate and love coffee and tea with equal passion), attempting to homeschool my preschooler, or baking like a crazy woman until midnight to use up all my extra sourdough starter!

Before having children, I had all these lofty ideals of how I would feed my family nothing but farm-to-table, made-from-scratch gourmet meals…then reality hit, and I found some days it was a challenge to just get any kind of dinner at all on the table! After a brief but tumultuous identity crisis, I started to figure out systems and strategies to help with the kitchen overwhelm. I’m definitely still a work-in-progress, but I’ve come so far from those early chaotic days of desperately making grilled cheese with a crying baby on my hip. I’m sure I can’t be the only mama who sometimes struggles when it comes to feeding my family, so I launched my blog to share my experiences and what I’m learning in the hopes that it will be of help to other frazzled moms.

It is my earnest desire that, through these posts, you will find a community that resonates with you and inspiration to help you out in your kitchen (and in every aspect of your mom-life!)
